Audio + transcripts are stored in Helsinki (Finland, EU). For Home Office / refugee data we will route AI inference through EU-only endpoints under contract — non-EU is the exception, not the default, and requires explicit DPA carve-out before pitch. DPA + SCC schedule signed before any pilot.

Adult ESOL Core Curriculum (Entry 1 → Level 2), not Cambridge band scores. Reflects the actual programmes councils and the Home Office fund.
Safeguarding — manual review, one working day
Transcripts are flagged by an automated KCSiE-aligned classifier. Today, flagged transcripts are reviewed manually by our team and routed to your DSL within one working day. Automated 4-hour DSL routing is on the v1.1 roadmap (Q4 2026), not live yet — we will never offer a one-working-day manual safeguarding review we cannot deliver.
